Crochet Slip Knot Tutorial

If you want to learn how to crochet, this is the first thing you'll learn how to do! Almost all projects begin with the slip knot. This is how you prepare your yarn and crochet hook before you can actually crochet. The only other way I begin a project is with the Magic Circle, which can only be used for projects crocheted in the round (in a circle). So, follow along with my video demonstration below and the next thing you'll need to learn is the Chain Stitch (coming soon).
