Small Flower Applique
Here is a quick and easy crochet flower tutorial for those who already know these basic crochet stitches:
CH = Chain DC= Double Crochet SC=Single Crochet SL ST= Slip Stitch
This pattern works with any yarn or hook size. A smaller hook and/or thinner yarn will give you a smaller flower and a larger hook and/or thicker yarn will give you a bigger flower.
WRITTEN PATTERN: Begin with Magic Circle. Ch 1. SC 10 in center of magic circle. Pull beginning yarn tail to close the circle. Join with SL ST in top of first SC. *[CH 2. DC 2 in same space. DC 1 in next space. CH 2. SL ST in same space. SL ST in next space.] Repeat from * 4 more times. Cut yarn. Finish off.
