Thanksgiving Table Scatter

This Thanksgiving table confetti is made up of pumpkins and flowers in Autumn colors. I'll show you how to make each piece and you can mix and match the colors and pieces however you'd like for your display. Each piece only takes a couple minutes to make, so it is not a very time consuming project. Written pattern is below and a video tutorial is also available at the bottom of the page. Enjoy!

STITCHES USED/ABBREVIATIONS CH - Chain DC - Double Crochet HDC - Half Double Crochet SC - Single Crochet SL ST - Slip Stitch

SUPPLIES:

Crochet Thread #10 in colors Natural, Orange, and Burgundy

Crochet Hook size 1.5mm

Darning Needle

Scissors

PUMPKIN - use orange thread

HDC 10 in center of circle. Pull beginning yarn tight to close the circle.

Join with SL ST in top of first HDC. CH 1.

SC in same stitch.

In next stitch, HDC and DC.

In 3rd stitch, DC 2.

In 4th stitch, DC 2.

In 5th stitch, DC and HDC.

In 6th stitch, SC 2.

In 7th stitch, HDC and DC.

In 8th stitch, DC 2.

In 9th stitch, DC 2.

In 10th/last stitch, DC and HDC.

Join with SL ST in top of first SC.

CH 3. SL ST in 2nd CH from hook. SL ST in next CH. SL ST in the last stitch of the pumpkin. Cut yarn, finish off, weave in ends.

SMALL FLOWER - make a few in each of the three colors.

Begin with Magic circle, CH 3.

DC 2 in center of circle, CH 2, SL ST in center of circle.

[CH 2, DC 2, CH 2, SL ST] Repeat 3 more times.

Pull beginning yarn tight to close the circle.

Cut yarn, finish off, weave in ends.

LARGE FLOWER - make a few in each of the three colors.

Begin with Magic circle. CH 1

SC 10 in center of circle. Pull beginning yarn to close the circle. Join with SL ST in top of first SC.

[CH 2. DC in same stitch. DC 2 in next stitch. CH 2. SL ST in same stitch. SL ST in next stitch] Repeat four more times.

Cut yarn, finish off and weave in ends.
