How to Hand Sew a Tag onto Crochet Garment
Sewing a tag or label onto your crochet garments is much easier than you may think. No sewing machine - or sewing skills at all- required. With just a needle and thread, I'll show you how. Check out my video below.
Why would you want to sew a tag onto your crochet items? You can buy (or make) your tags to be personalized however you like. Provide your customers with information about your business, such as name and website. Provide a gift recipient with a sweet note and who the gift is from. Information about the item, such as size, materials used, and care instructions could be helpful to anyone. I've seen generic tags (ex: handmade with love) sold in quantities as few as 4 and personalized tags sold in quantities as few as 20. You can also buy them in bulk by the hundreds or even thousands.
